Liverpools Bone and Joint Centre Goes The Extra Mile for Sports Relief
From Friday 23rd March to Sunday 25th March people across the UK will be supporting Sport Relief by getting active and raising money for this great cause.
The money raised by Sport Relief is spent by Comic Relief to help people living incredibly tough lives, both at home in the UK and across the world’s poorest countries. It goes a long way, transforming the lives of people in the UK’s most disadvantaged communities, or those living with poor mental or physical health, to protecting street children and providing life-saving healthcare abroad.
This Friday staff from Liverpool’s Bone and Joint Centre based at Spire Liverpool Hospitalwill be raising money for this great cause. Fundraising activities will be going on throughout the hospital such as tombola, cake bake sales and we will also have a treadmill in the reception for staff to “run a mile” for Sport Relief.
